Payment Guide & Information

a. General Regulations

To ensure convenience and transparency in transactions,  Son Hai Aviation Trading Service and Transportation Company Limited (MSA) provides flexible payment methods for customers and partners using our aviation services.

Depending on the terms agreed upon in the Contract or approved Quotation,  the payment process may be divided into multiple installments. Detailed payment terms will be clearly stated in the Contract and Invoice issued to the customer.

b. Payment Methods

Currently, MSA accepts Bank Transfer as the primary payment method for corporate customers and partners to ensure transaction security and proper legal documentation.

c. Bank Transfer Information

Customers are kindly requested to transfer payments to the company’s official bank account using the details below:

d. Transfer Reference

To facilitate prompt payment confirmation,  please state the transfer description in the following format:

[Company / Organization / Individual Name] payment for [Contract Code / Invoice Number / Service Name]

e. Payment Confirmation

  • Upon receipt of payment,  MSA’s Accounting Department will send a confirmation email and issue an Electronic VAT Invoice to the customer/partner in accordance with applicable regulations.
